Urban Hideaway

Coming home to the perfect retreat after a long day is a dream for everyone. But when each member of the family has a different vision of what their ideal oasis is, it can be quite a challenge. So with lots of listening and some ingenious design, Kristin brought to life the perfect balance for this family’s ultimate urban hideaway. A fusion of traditional architecture layered with contemporary woods. Modern lighting turned the dining room into a feast for the eyes. Personal spaces throughout incorporated elements to create a unique sense of place – like the father’s old medical books for his perfect study or one of the girl’s (desire to be a princess.) Thanks to Kristin, the dream retreat became the perfect hideaway for everyone.
